Element Land Surveying is a professional land surveying company specializing in precise measurement and mapping solutions across Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, and Colorado. While we serve multiple states, the vast majority of our work is concentrated in Utah, specifically throughout the Wasatch Back, Utah County, and Salt Lake County. We focus deeply on accuracy, reliability, and client satisfaction to support regional land development, construction, and private property needs.

Role Description

In this role, you will help manage field crews, prep files for field deployment, and process field data to deliver high-quality, final project deliverables. This position offers the flexibility of working independently in a remote setting.

Core Responsibilities

  • Crew Management:
Support and oversee regional field crews to ensure project accuracy.
  • File Preparation:
Prepare and organize technical data files prior to field work.
  • Data Processing:
Download, process, and analyze field data upon collection.
  • Deliverable Creation:
Draft and prepare final survey deliverables for all project types.

Qualifications

  • Licensure:
Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS) certification in Utah is required. Licensure in WY, NV, or CO is a major plus.
  • Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in Boundary, Topographic, and Construction Surveying.

Hands-on experience with Trimble GPS and Total Stations.
  • Legal Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Utah and regional land survey laws and regulations.
