Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a BIM Manager - Plumbing. The BIM Manager will oversee BIM projects, develop 3D models, lead clash detection and coordination, and produce 2D coordination and installation drawings. The role also involves managing project delivery, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
- Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
