HII – Mission Technologies (HII-MT) is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Analyst in support of the Airframe Integrated Product Team (IPT) at the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO). The candidate is desired to have fifteen or more years and experience in DOD Federal service as military or civilian in program management or acquisitions, preferably time in the JSFPO. The Airframe IPT is tasked with supporting requirements for Engineering Change Requests (CRs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Engineering Testing of all variants of the F-35 airframe and airframe subsystems
. The candidate will conduct airframe program management tasking, to include supporting the government program office personnel in their role managing cost, schedule, and performance of the original aircraft manufacturer (OEM) for F-35 Air System (AS). The candidate will represent the IPT at planning meetings and Program Management Reviews and will work in tandem with between the two teams on various shared projects.

This position requires a professional capable of operating with minimal oversight, engaging directly with government and sub-contract stakeholders, and translating requirements into comprehensive, auditable, enterprise‑level policies and process frameworks.

This position is primarily on-site at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (Dayton, OH).

• Provides program analyst expertise to assist government Program Management for ensuring the successful design and delivery of the three variant $350B+ F-35 Aircraft for the US Navy, US Marine, US Air Force, Partner Countries, and Foreign Military Sales customers.
• Coordinates on issues of reliability, maintainability, and supportability requirements affecting vehicle design.
• Mediate interactions between industry and government agencies on technology disclosure matters.
• Performs airframe program management tasking in support of the government program office personnel in their role managing cost, schedule, and performance of the OEM for the F-35 AS.
• Supports program management activities such as (but not limited to) business processes within the F-35 JPO that result in evaluation of OEM performance, analysis of options for meeting future requirements, and management activities in support of OEM program execution.
• Participates in Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), and Affordability Initiative reviews
