GlobalKPI & Processes Lead (m/f/d) - Manufacturing Governance
In this position, you will assume global responsibility for the performance governance of manufacturing. You will define KPIs, manage the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) lifecycle, and ensure transparent and comparable performance across all plants worldwide.
Your tasks- Definition and further development of the global manufacturing KPI system.
- Ensuring consistent KPI definitions and data logic.
- Responsibility for the SOP lifecycle.
- Compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
- Conducting global performance reviews.
- Tracking and follow-up of performance improvement measures.
- Governance of best practices and standardization decisions.
- Collection and validation of KPI data.
- Execution of deviation and root cause analyses.
- Reporting to the Global Head of Manufacturing and close collaboration with Planning & IT, Industrial Engineering and Master Scheduling.
- Ensure close loop performance steering from KPIs to action and measurable impact.
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience with KPI systems and process governance.
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent governance and communication competence.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally (20%).
This position can be filled at any of our global Voith Hydro locations. The remote work policies will adhere to the regulations of the specific location where you are based - this is not a fully remote position.
