The Secure Embedded Systems department (5327) is seeking a motivated electronics engineer to support state‑of‑the‑art printed circuit board (PCB) layout for large multi-disciplinary programs critical to national security. The successful candidate will support a team in the design, development, test, and deployment of novel embedded computing solutions. The successful candidate will have a background in, and understanding of, printed circuit board layout, test, and debug.

You will work alongside world‑class experts and use your skills in the following areas:

• Layout of custom, state-of-the-art PCBs
• PCB test and debug
• Team with PCB designers, firmware, and software engineers to create embedded computing solutions

Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant will be required to work onsite.

$87,400 - $168,800

Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Experience and Understanding with printed circuit board layout
• Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance
