Environmental Health Investigations, Inc. (EHI) is seeking a motivated, self-driven Environmental Project Manager / Industrial Hygienist
. In this role, you will conduct field surveys, design remediation projects, and write scientific reports. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, balancing active fieldwork with independent work-from-home reporting. This is a client-facing position.
- Hourly Pay: $30.00 - $35.00/hr

- Conduct indoor air quality, mold, radon, and legionella risk evaluations.
- Perform asbestos, lead paint, and pre-demolition hazardous materials inspections.
- Design remediation projects and author technical scientific reports.
- Manage field projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Environmental Consulting or Industrial Hygiene.
- Transit: Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily work travel.
- Location: Must live in NJ, NY, or PA and be willing to commute to tri-state field sites.
Preference will be given to candidates holding the following active, valid licenses:
- NYS Project Monitor
- EPA/NJ Lead Paint Inspector / Risk Assessor
