Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Remote Plumbing MEP CAD/Revit Designer & Drafter to develop accurate and code-compliant shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. The role involves coordinating and routing piping systems, resolving complex layout challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of construction principles, experience in MEP shop drawings, and the ability to adapt to client-specific templates and workflows.
This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to delivering high-quality technical documentation with minimal supervision.
- Create detailed shop drawings for MEPF systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate ideas and solutions for complex routing challenges.
- Work with established templates and systems provided by the client.
- Collaborate on MEPF system design and documentation.
- Adapt to client-specific workflows and methodologies through training.
- Perform other tasks related to the position.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and codes.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and field conditions.
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills for coordination and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
- Background and experience in creating shop drawings for MEP systems
- Proficiency in Revit software for MEP applications
- Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler system design
- Willingness to learn client-specific templates and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and
