Charlotte, NC 28269 – Full‑time, hybrid (two days per week in office).

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a leader in the department and will supervise staff’s day‑to‑day responsibilities and mentor staff in both technical knowledge and career development. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion, interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Supervise staff day‑to‑day responsibilities.
• Mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development.

• Interface with clients and provide technical excellence.
• Lead the project team and schedule to achieve successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines in‑house.

• Degree in area of expertise.
• PE license.
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects.
• Engineering expertise in the field and knowledge of parallel fields.
