** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
**** How You'll Make an Impact
*** Lead technical GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) substation projects from concept development through installation.
* Translate customer requirements into innovative, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
* Develop substation layouts, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
* Lead technical discussions and coordination meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate material procurement activities, fabrication requirements, and installation planning.
* Drive design improvements, standardization efforts, and cost optimization initiatives.
* Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
* Ensure adherence to ISO standards, environmental requirements, and safety regulations throughout project execution.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Three or more years of experience in substation engineering, high-voltage equipment, power systems, or heavy industrial engineering environments preferred.
* Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software, with experience using Creo and AutoCAD preferred.
* Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
* Experience creating and managing engineering documentation and technical deliverables.
* Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, project reviews, and site support activities.
