• Experience in Project estimating with a focus on conceptual engineering and project design (5+ years).
• Experience with Utility-scale energy projects including renewable energy, power generation, and transmission infrastructure.
• Experience with Value engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with Construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Experience with Industry standards and best practices in project estimating and cost management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience with Project estimating with a focus on conceptual engineering and project design (7+ years).
• Experience with Field engineering or construction management (2+ years).
• Experience with Plan Swift.
• Experience with Win Est.
• Experience with CostX.
• Experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Certified Estimating Professional (CEP), Certified Cost Professional (CCP).
• Master's or Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including conceptual, preliminary, and definitive estimates for new and existing projects.
• Perform conceptual engineering design and develop preliminary construction plans to support estimating scope quantification.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
• Perform value engineering analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cost estimating processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to account for potential project uncertainties.
• Present cost estimates and value engineering options to senior management, project stakeholders, and clients.
