AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. Contributors prepare questions, answers, examples, and evaluations that help AI systems learn accurate concepts and produce more reliable results. In this project, aerospace and CAD expertise will help test whether an AI system can interpret detailed assemblies and technical relationships.

As an Aerospace CAD Question Authoring Expert, you will review native FreeCAD files and analyze high-fidelity, multi-part aerospace assemblies. You will turn detailed assembly information into objective, non-guessable questions and accurate answers that test technical understanding of design features, functions, and relationships between components.

The role is listed as entry level, but success depends on demonstrated expertise in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or industrial design, along with strong CAD fundamentals and hands-on experience with multi-part assemblies. Prior AI training experience is not required.

You will work from assembly data to produce clear, well-researched content grounded in the technical evidence available in each design. Your questions should require exact interpretation rather than guesswork, while your answers should be accurate, objective, and comprehensive.

The work also includes communicating through writing and occasional verbal discussions to clarify requirements, maintain technical accuracy, and improve future project workflows.

• Review native FreeCAD files and complex mechanical assemblies

This project requires applied technical knowledge and careful interpretation of complex designs. You should be able to understand design intent, read technical drawings, and express technical conclusions in precise, concise language.

FreeCAD experience or familiarity with a comparable CAD platform is useful but not required. Experience creating educational or documentation content may also support success.
