Fairweather is seeking a G&I Lead Operator for the Grind & Inject facility on Alaska's North Slope. The role requires senior operational leadership of the crew, oversight of high‑pressure injection systems, and coordination with drilling, completion, and production activities. Rotational schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off.
Emphasis on safety, compliance, and efficient field execution. Ideal candidates bring extensive Alaska North Slope experience, solids processing knowledge, and NSTC
