Senior Electrical Estimator

• This is a remote-based position.
• Mustbe located in:
  
  Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee
• Candidates near Tampa should be open to occasional onsite client interaction

You’llown the estimating process from start to finish across a wide range of projects ($100K–$10M+) including healthcare, education, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and more.

• Review plans, specs, and drawings to buildaccurate, competitive estimates
• Prepare bids using
  
  Accubidor similar estimating tools
• Analyze scope, pricing, and risk to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Develop clear, competitive bid packages with inclusions/exclusions
• Partner with internal teams tofinalizeand deliver winning bids
• Support project handoff by clearly communicating scope and expectations
• Provide value engineering ideas to helpmaintaina competitive edge

• Attend pre-bid walkthroughs
• Build relationships with general contractors
• Participate in local industry events

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience
• Experience with
  
  Accubid Live Count
• Strong understanding of electrical construction across project types
• Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Field experience is a plus

• $125,000 – $150,000 base salary
