- Lead the development and optimization of novel chemical synthesis routes and manufacturing processes.
- Design and execute laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to validate process feasibility and gather critical data.
- Utilize process simulation and modeling tools to predict performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, present findings to stakeholders, and contribute to patent applications.
- Collaborate effectively with virtual R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams across different time zones.
- Ensure all process development activities adhere to stringent safety and environmental guidelines.
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in chemical process development, scale-up, and optimization.
- Proficiency with chemical process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of organic chemistry and reaction engineering principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within specified timelines.
