Principal​/Sr. Principal Structural Business Development Leader – Dams Market; Fully Remote

• Geosyntec is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Structural Business Development Leader to grow our national Dams and Hydraulic Structures practice.
• This role involves innovative heavy-civil projects including dams, spillways, levees, and flood walls.

• Lead business development activities, including regional strategy, client engagement, and proposal preparation.
• Provide technical leadership on dam safety inspections, structural evaluations, and risk analyses.
• Mentor staff and drive success in technical excellence, budget, schedule, and profitability.

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis and PE/SE; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of dam engineering experience and familiarity with USACE, US , and FERC guidelines.
• Proven client management and business development success with willingness to travel.
