In this role, you will work across the full design and production process, producing detailed 3D models, drawings and manufacturing documentation for high-quality modular projects.
You will work closely with engineering, design and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, buildable and ready for manufacture.

The Role- Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings and production documentation
- Work with Cadwork and/or Revit across modular construction projects
- Collaborate with design, engineering and manufacturing teams
- Support technical problem-solving, design coordination and buildability
- Maintain high standards of drawing accuracy and quality control
- Experience as a CAD Engineer, CAD Designer or Detailer
- Background within construction, modular, offsite or manufacturing
- Strong experience with Cadwork or Revit
- Good understanding of technical drawings and construction detailing
- Ambitious, detail-focused and looking for long-term progression
