3) for a hybrid role in the Chicago area. The engineer will serve as a senior escalation resource, lead infrastructure upgrades, and work directly with clients to modernize IT environments.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MSP settings, strong Windows Server and 365 skills, virtualization experience, and the ability to manage multiple client projects with minimal supervision. Hybrid/work-from-home with local client travel is expected.
