As a Community Manager at Infernozilla, you will connect client studios and players via forums, Discord, Steam, and other platforms. Defining and refining each client’s community tone will be crucial, especially during the launch of new titles and maintaining active communities for established ones. You will also contribute to marketing efforts for indie games.
Responsibilities- Excellent communication skills, able to turn negative interactions into positive experiences.
- Passion for writing and engaging with community members and press.
- Experience with Discord, ideally as a server owner or moderator, or willingness to learn.
- Motivated by community engagement; resilient to negative comments.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple platforms and emails.
- Gamer with industry knowledge, passionate about video games.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a professional attitude.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Community management and industry experience preferred over formal education.
- Experience in community management, communications, social media, or marketing is highly valued.
