• Engage authentically with players on the Discord server across various channels and topics
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for player inquiries and support
• Create and implement community-focused campaigns such as giveaways and live chats
• Monitor player sentiment and trends to provide insights for product improvement
• Represent the community’s voice within the organization while maintaining brand standards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building or moderating digital communities, preferably in sports or gaming
• Strong familiarity with Discord and its moderation tools
• Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to specific audiences
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone as needed
• Understanding of Sports book or Daily Fantasy Sports products

• Experience in moderating high-volume communities during live events
• Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and customer safety
