• Design customized luxury itineraries, including accommodations, dining, activities, and special experiences
• Coordinate bookings with accuracy and discretion, ensuring seamless execution of all details
• Stay informed on emerging luxury destinations, exclusive offers, and industry trends
• Provide proactive client communication, support, and concierge-level service before, during, and after travel
• Build long-term relationships through trust, expertise, and personalized recommendations

• Experience in luxury travel planning, hospitality, or client service strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong research ability and familiarity with booking systems or CRM platforms
• Ability to manage details with accuracy and discretion
• Proficiency in basic computer applications required
