• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications through phone, email, and mail
• Secure required documentation to expedite the return of repurchase documents
• Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work shifts within the operational hours, including a primary shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time

• Experience in call center environments or retail settings
• Familiarity with the automotive industry or vehicle buyback processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Experience with documentation and case management systems
