Head of Digital Supply Chain

Warner Chappell Production Music (WCPM) is a global leader within the production and custom music industry and a proud member of the Warner Music Group and Warner Chappell Music families. Together we share a commitment to inspire through music.

WCPM is home to over 120 carefully curated catalogs whose hand-picked composers and artists have garnered EMMY, Telly, Addy and Promax Awards. With studios in Los Angeles and Nashville — as well as offices in London, Paris, Hamburg, Amsterdam, and São Paulo — WCPM releases over 1000 albums a year.

The Head of Digital Supply Chain will be a key strategic leader responsible for implementing and optimizing all aspects of Warner Chappell Production Music’s global digital supply chain and technology infrastructure, including day-to-day operations and development oversight of music search platforms, CRM, metadata, and asset/data hosting and distribution. This is a highly cross-functional role both within Warner Chappell Production Music, and the wider Warner Chappell and Warner Music Group teams.

This is a pivotal IT position requiring an innovative, strategic approach to a best-in-class music search platform and technical music and data management systems, while managing client, distribution, and sales team needs globally for music access and delivery.

The right candidate will be a highly motivated, forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of overseeing Supply Chain teams within tech, music, or media industries. While Los Angeles is preferred, this role could be based in the Nashville or New York offices, or potentially remote for the right candidate.

Management & Operations:

• Oversee technology and data strategy for Warner Chappell Production Music, in collaboration with WMG Tech, including integration of new capabilities and advancements.
• Create and manage a long term development roadmap and budget, including evaluating, testing, and integrating appropriate internal and external tech solutions.
• Oversee strategic and project management of our long-term external partner relationships and related budget and invoicing.
• Lead OKRs across all functional areas of the WCPM supply chain.
• Manage and mentor a small digital supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Music Search Platforms & CRM:

• Bring our search platforms to the forefront of digital technologies and front-end web development, delivering a best in class UX/UI experience in collaboration with external partners.
• Steer new enhancements to existing applications to increase productivity.
