Mercor is hiring experienced Games professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across gaming, game mechanics, and hobbyist communities.

• Create and assess complex problems and tasks in gaming, including game mechanics, player strategies, and community practices.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and relevance to real-world gaming experiences.
• Provide clear written feedback on game-related content and problem sets.

• Deep personal or professional experience with games as a hobby or industry, including video games, tabletop games, casino games or related gaming communities.
• Strong knowledge of gameplay strategies, mechanics, and consumer gaming culture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Prior experience in gaming content creation, community engagement, or related fields is a plus.
