Your role in our mission
  • Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
  • Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25

    MBS download and 8

    MBS upload)
  • Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7

    Am and 7PM Monday thru Friday
  • Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.
  • Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday
  • If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working – we will pass on the candidate
  • Experience in Health Care industry with an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD
    10 terminology
What We're Looking For
  • Call Center Experience – Minimum 1 year
  • Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise
  • Proficient Keyboarding skills with the ability to multi-task and remain focused
  • Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work alone and with a team
What You Should Expect In This Role

This is a remote position with the opportunity to travel (0-10%). Must live in West Virginia.

  • In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24

    MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

  • Harver Assessment Requirement:
    As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
