Job Summary

Calling all magic makers! Tutu School North Atlanta is seeking a hybrid Enrollment Coordinator for Fridays and Saturdays. We are seeking school coordinators who love connecting with families on the phone, via email, and in the studio, plus helping little dancers find the perfect class for their Storybook Adventures in Ballet. The ideal candidate should be humble, motivated, and socially adept, willing to work behind the scenes to support Tutu School's mission to bring the sparkle and magic to every child through music and ballet.

• Handle client/customer relations with warm yet effective communication and "Tutu Tone."
• Answer inquiries, questions, and concerns from a high-level customer service approach.
• Process registrations with attention to detail, carefully following a prescribed customer journey map.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing metrics.
• Friday & Saturday availability required
• Birthday Party Assistance availability a plus (Saturdays and Sundays 4-6pm)

• Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.
• It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.
