Studio Support Staff; Utah

Maivie is a pressed flower workshop. It's the perfect date night, girls night out, or just for fun experience! We provide the flowers, frames, and guidance for customers to create a piece of art worthy of hanging in their homes.

This is a remote position.

This is a flexible, remote, part-time position where you’ll work directly with the founding team —a great opportunity to learn how a creative brand operates behind the scenes. Keep team schedules organized and updated in Connecteam

Help onboard new team members by scheduling training shifts and sending welcome messages

Check bookings and align staff schedules so workshops run smoothly

Respond to guest inquiries using friendly, pre-approved templates

Log tips, reviews, and reports to help the team stay on track

Build career experience —work directly with the founding team of a growing creative brand

Flexible part-time hours (10–15 hrs/week) —great for gaining experience while balancing other commitments

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, detail-oriented, and great with checklists

Friendly and professional communicator

Comfortable with basic online tools (
Google Sheets, Connecteam, Trip Works )

Available during assigned support windows (
specific days/hours provided in advance )
