Senior Special Order Associate - Remote in Jacksonville, FL

• Research and source items for special order requests within assigned product lines
• Conduct price negotiations with vendors and customers to finalize pricing
• Maintain vendor pricing catalogs and provide training as needed for staff
• Reconcile accounts payable discrepancies and process customer returns
• Follow up on unaccepted customer quotes to convert them into sales

• Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
• Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in maintaining vendor relationships and catalogs

• Experience in supply chain management or logistics
• Familiarity with invoice processing and account reconciliation
• Ability to provide guidance and training to junior personnel
• Knowledge of product categories and market trends
