Position: Partnerships Project Manager I

Type: Contract

Compensation: $45–$60/hour

Location: Remote

• Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to analyze partner account performance. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for product adoption.
• Support partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting. Identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business objectives with technical and operational constraints. Resolve blocking issues between internal stakeholder groups.
• Handle the pace and ambiguity of a start-up environment.

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management.
• Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem.
• Experience working directly with Entertainment partners.
• Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital, or Entertainment.
• Self-starter with strong operational background; comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience with Data Analysis and public presentations to a diverse audience.

Preferred

• Fluent in Spanish.
