Luxury vacation Planner

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Vacation Planner to support clients in researching, planning, and booking elevated travel experiences. In this role, you will assist clients with organizing well‑planned trips by comparing destinations, accommodations, and transportation options while ensuring every detail aligns with client preferences and expectations. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.

You will consult with clients to understand their goals, budgets, and schedules, then create customized itineraries that reflect their needs. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, confirming reservations, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also provide ongoing assistance before, during, and after travel, helping manage updates or changes as needed. This role emphasizes organization, service quality, and attention to detail rather than direct sales.
