• 2+ years of experience in game design through professional work, internships, or academic projects
• Strong interest in action RPGs, particularly in combat gameplay
• Creative and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from feedback
• Good communication skills to express ideas clearly and work effectively with others

• Familiarity with designing player classes, encounters, or systems
• Experience in user interface design
• Previous work experience or education in art, programming, production, or sound
• Passion for action RPG games and mobile gaming
