• High School Diploma required;
  Associate degree or higher preferred
• Proven experience in a collections or call center environment
• Previous leadership experience is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry

• Experience in motivating and coaching teams within a collections or customer service setting
• Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting concepts
• Ability to develop and maintain professional business relationships
