Customer Service Rep
The Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality customer experience by ensuring sales orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and proactively from start to finish. Reporting to the Fulfillment Team Lead and management, this role works closely with Sales Representatives, billing, and our warehouse partners to support accounts, resolve issues, and keep orders moving in a fast-paced environment.

- Process a high volume of sales orders from assigned Sales Representatives with speed and precision
- Ensure all orders are submitted correctly and released to the warehouse on time
- Monitor order status and proactively follow up to prevent delays or issues
- Troubleshoot shipment, inventory, and order errors quickly and efficiently
- Act as a point of support between reps, billing, and the warehouse to resolve order-related questions
- Assist in outreach to customers for payment methods and questions utilizing Google Voice and other communication methods.
- Work closely with one or more Sales Representatives to support their accounts
- Serve as a fulfillment-focused CX partner, ensuring a smooth experience between reps and their customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally regarding order status, issues, and resolutions
- Proactively identify potential problems before they impact customers or shipments
- Support account-related needs with a solutions-first mindset
- Assist the Fulfillment Lead and Fulfillment Manager with daily operational tasks
- Support special projects and process improvements as assigned
- Maintain accurate internal records and documentation
- Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings
- Communicate regularly with the warehouse via email
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and email
- Run weekly fulfillment and order reports as needed or requested
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and flag discrepancies
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with the ability to knock out a large volume of orders consistently

- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and stay calm under pressure

- 1+ years of experience in fulfillment, order processing, operations, similar roles preferred
- Experience working directly with sales reps or customer accounts is a strong plus
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
