** Compensation Range:** $16.85-$24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of**$20.50-$21.00/hr**. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
** What You’ll Do
** Customer Support
* Resolve customer inquiries related to payments, inventory, funding, banking, and general concerns
* Provide support across phone, email, and chat channels
* Escalate and document issues appropriately

Operations & Problem Solving
* Partner with Shared Services teams to identify solutions and perform root cause analysis
* Navigate multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Assist with process improvements and knowledgebase updates

Collaboration & Performance
* Meet Quality Assurance and performance expectations
* Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy
* Build strong relationships with dealerships, leadership, and cross-functional teams
** What You’ll Bring
*** Minimum 2 years of related experience
* Strong attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
* Associate’s degree preferred (not required)
* Background in banking, finance, or accounting strongly preferred
* Experience with ancillary products such as GAP, lifetime oil plans, and related F&I products is a plus
