• Hours:
  
  Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (Hybrid). Periodic weekend work may be required.
• Travel Requirements: 1–2 trips per month, typically 3–4 days each; may occur on weekdays or weekends.
• Pay range: $28.85/hr

• 5 or more years of corporate event management experience, ideally in a B2B setting. Project management and budgeting experience required, including trade show coordination.
• Organization and Time Management:
  Maintain detailed timelines, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of promotional items, brand knowledge, and management.
• Technical Competence:
  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, other event management tools and software, and understanding of audio/visual and event production.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the event planning process.
• Budgeting and Financial Management:
  Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs stay within budget.
• Negotiation:
  Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Leadership:
  Lead and motivate event staff.
• Creativity:
  Develop innovative event themes and ideas.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ensure every detail of the event is carefully planned and executed.

• Manage venue selection and negotiate detailed service contracts for off‑site events.
• Contract and coordinate with caterers, entertainment, audiovisual, and all event vendors as needed.
• Create and adhere to event budgets, manage expenses, track costs, and report spending to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute event plans.
• Communicate with employees, attendees, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless participation.
• Address issues and challenges that may arise during planning or execution of events.
• Manage all event platforms, software, or tools including the ONE Conference (EFair) app,  for project management, or others as needed.
• Assist with logistics for large national‑level trade shows.
• Hire, train, and manage event staff as needed.
• Supervise set‑up, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Gather feedback, analyze results, and provide reports.
