Our client, a leader in scientific retail support, is seeking a Supply Center Specialist to join their team. As a Supply Center Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting on-site customer service and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with on-site scientists, lab managers, and procurement teams to anticipate needs and resolve product-related inquiries quickly.
  • Oversee daily inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, restocking, rotating, and auditing stock to maintain optimal product mix and accuracy.
  • Maintain merchandising and branding standards, ensuring the Supply Center is visually organized, compliant, and reflective of the company's brand.
  • Support growth initiatives by identifying new product opportunities and implementing on-site promotions, product shows, and customer engagement events.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to communicate customer feedback, customer trends, and competitive intelligence to drive business improvement and increase market share.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in customer service, retail, sales, research & development, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly understand and respond to customer requirements.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively in partnership with team members.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency, optimism, and a proactive approach to challenges and change.
