We are looking for a Remote Specialty Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to support patients and healthcare professionals. This is a full‑time open‑hour position with a firm pay rate of $13.50/hr, equipment supplied, and a performance metric of at least 14 tasks per hour.
Job InfoSpehere focused role works back‑office to pull customer accounts and research them for new or refill prescriptions. The position involves outbound calls to resolve customer cases while providing excellent service with attention to detail, problem‑solving and performance focus.
Skillset Required- Minimum 1+ years of call‑center experience (onsite or remote)
- At least 6 months pharmaceutical/medical CSR experience strongly desired
- Must be a Texas resident
- Computer troubleshooting skills while on a line and ability to navigate 2 monitors
- Microsoft Office proficiency for emails, account setup, password reset etc.
- Excellent soft skills – tone, empathy – as outbound calling is required
- Proficiency in English
- Pass background check, drug screen (THC friendly) and provide high‑school/employment verification
- Shift and schedule available 24/7 to serve customers and healthcare providers; full‑time hours with OT potential
- Pay rate $13.50/hr (firm)

- Projected start date June 22
