Job Opening:
Casino Surveillance Operator
The Cow Creek Gaming & Regulatory Commission is excited to announce a full‑time position for a Casino Surveillance Operator at our vibrant gaming facility. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and security of casino operations. The position is on‑site and is not available for remote work.
Duties and Responsibilities- Clandestine observation of gaming and non‑gaming related activities via the CCTV system.
- Ensure compliance with all Tribal, State, and Federal rules and regulations related to gaming.
- Maintain basic knowledge of all games, casino scams, and advantage play techniques.
- Follow situations utilizing surveillance cameras and equipment.
- Maintain required logs accurately.
- Monitor resort personnel for compliance with Internal Controls.
- Attend training as required.
- Maintain confidentiality with verbal, written, and electronic information; limit access on a job‑related, need‑to‑know basis.
- Monitor resort personnel for policy and procedure compliance as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Executive Director.
- Monitor special assignments as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Executive Director.
- Document any and all events as required and report all unusual or suspicious events or activities to the Operations Manager, Executive Director, and/or Gaming Inspectors as required by the Internal Controls.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Gaming experience is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
- Able to identify color and symbol via CCTV system.
- Good math, typing, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Literate in basic computer usage.
