In our customer support department in Hamburg, you will support your future team, among other things, by:

• Comprehensive support of customers in commercial and private leasing business - from initial consultation to contract establishment
• Processing of leasing inquiries including checking relevant documents and ensuring a complete application range
• Consultation on leasing and service products
• Creation, adjustment, and follow-up of offers as well as transparent communication
• Independent execution of contract changes
• Partnership with automobile manufacturers, trade partners, and suppliers
• Sovereign clarification of customer concerns as well as processing of complaints and organizational issues
• Proactive support of customers along the entire customer journey
• Monitoring of deadlines, in particular approvals, returns, and contract changes
• Care and updating of customer data
• Contribution of ideas for process optimization
• Identification of cross- and upselling potentials as well as constructive consultation in the sense of a sustainable customer experience
• Team-oriented working style and active support in the continuous development of the area

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an automobile salesman (m/f/d), office manager (m/f/d), industrial salesman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• First experience as a service consultant (m/f/d), clerk (m/f/d), or sales consultant (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience in sales internal service or customer service/customer support, preferably in the automotive sector
• Good understanding of commercial and technical connections
• Hands-on mentality with a pronounced organizational talent
• Proactive team player with a passion for customer contact
• Excellent communication skills in German and English verbally and in writing
• Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
