Compensation:
Base pay is $17.18 to $21.97 per hour, paid hourly and subject to adjustment based on experience, location, and other factors. The position also offers incentive pay ranging between $162 and $580 per month.
Hours &
Location:
Monday–Friday 8AM–6PM;
Saturday 8AM–5PM, 37½‑hour work week, no Sundays. Full‑time retail associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year. Address: 2506 West Moreland Road, Willow Grove, PA19090.
- Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.
- Answer and provide guidance on inquiries regarding state regulations for driver license, vehicle titling, and registration.
- Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
- Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes to ensure timely service delivery.
- Serve as backup by assisting in cashiering and IDEMIA services if applicable.
- Previous sales and customer service experience, with the ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
- Prior knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Title system and/or experience in tag and title work (preferred).
- Effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple websites and programs, demonstrating strong computer skills for multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Notary Public designation, or the ability to obtain and maintain one within six months of employment.
- Successful completion of all required training workshops for Title Service Agents.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor‑specific screenings.
- For Pennsylvania employees, successful completion of: OLM Certification within 90 days of system authorization;
Basic Agent Services Training within 2 weeks of hire;
Advance Agent Services Training every 2 years.
