Core Responsibilities

  • Create memorable guest experiences by reserving tee times across our 11 Michigan golf courses
  • Process and manage reservations within convention and wedding blocks with attention to detail
  • Provide solution-oriented support for guests with questions or changes to existing reservations
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles to ensure personalized service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proper communication techniques and phone etiquette
  • Process guest deposits accurately and efficiently
  • Navigate our computerized reservation systems (Springer Miller, Sales Force, EZLinks) to manage bookings and issue confirmations
  • Serve as a knowledgeable concierge, sharing insights about our properties, activities and surrounding areas
  • Handle administrative tasks including report generation, room assignments, and other operational duties

What You'll Bring

  • Strong keyboard skills and familiarity with database, spreadsheet, and word processing software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional service with accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a warm, helpful, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent team collaboration skills with consistently friendly and professional communication
  • Prior experience with Springer Miller, and/or Sales Force software is a plus but not required
