Job Title: Wholesale Inventory Specialist II (Dealer Services Specialist II)
Location:
Las Vegas, Southern Nevada;
Northern Arizona (Lake Havasu). Hybrid work option; must operate onsite at auction locations min. twice per month and visit dealerships min. four times per month. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of territory.
Compensation:
Hourly base $22.02–$33.08 with potential commission or incentive.
The Dealer Services Specialist II provides client interactions across Manheim channels, building relationships, offering strategic guidance and solutions. The role coordinates sales processes, leverages data, educates clients and colleagues, and ensures high service levels through collaboration with business partners.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized communication.
- Use industry insights and product knowledge to guide clients and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams for coordinated client service.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal units, resolving issues autonomously.
- Coordinate efforts to exceed client expectations with adaptability and versatility.
- Provide consultative assessment on sales performance, market trends, and vehicle valuation data.
- Train clients to use tools and educate on marketplace policies for compliance and success.
- Handle customer care issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED; 3 years related experience. Alternative combinations: any degree/certification beyond HS or 5 years experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong business relationships and solve problems.
- Proficiency working independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; prior wholesale specialist experience.
