OverviewAs a Player Support Agent, you are the voice of our brands. You deliver top‑tier service to players through Live Chat, Email, and Phone, resolving issues, enhancing the player experience, and providing seamless support.
The role begins with a 4‑week training program, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After training, you will transition to assigned schedules on a rotating basis.
Standard ShiftsStandard shifts vary from:
- Earliest shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Latest shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Flexibility to rotate between these schedules is required.
Responsibilities- Deliver real‑time, empathetic support across chat, email, and phone.
- Help players manage accounts, navigate responsible gaming tools, and solve technical challenges.
- Guide players through promotions, loyalty programs, and game rules.
- Investigate and escalates complex bugs, fraud signals, or account concerns.
- Propose process improvements and help evolve the internal knowledge base.
- Operate across multiple systems, queues, and workflows without sacrificing accuracy.
- Coordinate with Payments, Risk, Promotions, and Tech teams to resolve complex issues.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
- Amplify the iGaming experience of players with detailed, personable support.
- 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, help desk, or online support).
- Strong written communication skills – tone, grammar, and clarity are essential.
- Strong typing proficiency and computer navigation skills, including multitasking across multiple applications.
- Highly reliable, self‑motivated, and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience or interest in sports betting and major U.S. sports is a major plus.
- Active Gaming Control Board licenses preferred or ability to obtain them.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a license with gaming regulatory agencies.
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour during training and probation.
- Performance‑based tier system ranging from $20.75 to $24.00 per hour. Tier progression is driven by performance.
