Client Care – American Express

Hybrid position in Brussels, Belgium: 2 days in office and 3 days remote. 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00). 100% virtual is possible.

$20–$30 per hour.

• Deliver exquisite care on inbound calls to a wide variety of American Express clients with a variety of requests.
• Help propel your crew to success.
• Construct meaningful relationships through consultative wondering to make certain achieved cost benefits for the customer.
• Provide custom solutions and negotiate a nice final result for the client and American Express, aiming for first‑time resolution whenever possible.
