- Welcoming clients when they enter the air terminal or the ticket region
- Screening the ticket counter region to guarantee it is consistent with security arrangements and protocols
- Helping clients with self‑administration booth registration and stand stuff handling (e.g., printing tickets and receipts)
- Maintaining and updating booth machines (e.g., loading paper, cleaning surfaces)
- Investigating booth technology issues to recognize the cause of issues or errors
- Communicating with IT about stand technology adjustments requiring extra changes
- Confirming that clients’ portable stuff complies with FAA/American Carriers policies (e.g., size, amount)
- Verifying and clearing travel documents (e.g., identifications, visas) for clients traveling globally (e.g., using the Timatic data set available at the stand)
- Helping clients with checked‑baggage handling (e.g., finishing visa exchange, self‑labeling, confirming weight)
- Managing lines in ticket counter regions according to take‑off times or type of assistance required (e.g., special assistance, reducing volume of lines or stand‑by time)
- Packaging and initiating clients’ self‑labeled luggage at the activation station
- Moving luggage throughout the ticket counter region (e.g., moving items to belt, moving larger than usual packs to assigned larger than usual luggage area)
- Helping clients with viewing their assistive gadgets, sporting gear, and other larger than usual items (e.g., confirming adherence to applicable policies)
- Referring clients to customer care specialists when applicable
- Performing release and confirmation of reports at booths
- Assisting with the actual escort of non‑wandering clients as they load up, deplane, or in any case move throughout the entryway and larger terminal region
- Assisting unaccompanied minors with boarding, deplaning, or other transportation
- Providing clients with terminal information and directions
- Executing paging exercises (e.g., to declare failed to remember items, to request that clients return to locked packs) (at certain air terminals)
- Possibly playing out extra related obligations as considered functionally significant by the executives reliable with the aggregate bargaining understanding
- Answering to situate on time, as booked, and at your allotted station or area, including obligatory extra time prerequisites, fluctuating movements, end‑of‑week, and occasions

- Must be 18 years old or older

- Proficiency in bilingual language may be expected in certain areas
- Appropriate valid driver’s permit as expected by local specialists
- Completion of a pre‑business drug screen, extensive background verification, or potential fingerprinting to fulfill organization and security requirements
- Should satisfy FAA criminal record verifications if required for unescorted access honors to air terminal security distinguishing proof showcase regions (SIDA)
- Should have the option to obtain suitable air terminal power as well as U.S. Customs security identifications, if appropriate
- Should be approved to work in the U.S.
- Experience with Saber or other Traveler Administration Frameworks
- Past close and personal client support experience
- Experience working in a high‑speed climate
