- Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences, travel and luxury goods.
- Sourcing content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis.
- Completing end‑to‑end member requests.
- Adaptability and multitasking ‘Yes first’ mentality.
- General knowledge of high‑end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants.
- Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients.
- Entrepreneurial, problem‑solving attitude.
- Excellent, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment.
- Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexible working hours – available to work on evenings and weekends.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
- At least 2 years of Luxury Hospitality experience.
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Luxury hospitality.
Remote (Regardless of Location): $66,700 - $76,100 for Premium Customer Agent II.
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
