Vanguard is hiring an Advice & Wealth Management Extended Hours Client Representative to support clients via phone and chat during non-traditional hours. This fully remote role requires licensing and strong client-service skills, with ongoing coaching and development.
You will work 37.5 hours weekly, including overnight/weekend shifts, after training, and may have overtime or shift differentials depending on schedule. Base salary is $64,000–$70,000 with licensing bonus eligibility.
