Events & Experiences Manager; Germany Remote; Germany

The KMR Brands is building a growing portfolio of creative, talent, media, and experience-driven ventures. Through Festo Vibe, we are developing events, party concepts, pop-ups, and community experiences that connect people through culture, entertainment, and creativity.

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Events & Experiences Manager (Germany) to help bring Festo Vibe experiences to life across the German market.

This role combines event execution, local market development, partnerships, and community building. You will help identify opportunities, coordinate events, build relationships with partners, and contribute directly to the growth of Festo Vibe in Germany.

• Support the planning and execution of Festo Vibe events, party concepts, pop-ups, and special experiences across Germany.

• Help develop new event formats and concepts tailored to local audiences.

• Coordinate venues, suppliers, production partners, and event requirements.

• Manage communication with creators, talent, communities, and external partners.

• Support event planning including budgets, ticketing, costs, and revenue tracking.

• Help grow attendance, engagement, and local community presence.

• Identify collaboration opportunities with brands, venues, creators, and cultural partners.

• Support KMR internal events across creators, models, talent, and agency communities.

• Assist with on-site event coordination and post-event follow-up.

• Build and maintain a strong network across entertainment, nightlife, fashion, culture, and creative industries.

• Experience or strong interest in events, entertainment, nightlife, culture, hospitality, or creative industries.

• Understanding of the German event and creative landscape.

• Commercial mindset with an interest in building successful experiences.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• A proactive personality with the ability to take ownership and execute independently.

• Comfortable managing projects remotely and working in a fast-moving environment.

• Passion for communities, experiences, and culture.

• Fluent German and English.

• Based in Germany.

• Experience organizing parties, festivals, pop-ups, or community events.

• Existing network of venues, creators, brands, suppliers, or cultural communities.

• Experience with ticketing, event promotion, partnerships, or event production.
