PRA is seeking a Senior Event Producer to oversee the logistics and execution of high-profile client events. This role requires flexibility to work from home while attending client meetings, site visits, and events in person; candidates should be based in/near Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, or New Orleans.
You will lead operations, manage budgets ($500K–$1M+), coordinate field staff, suppliers, and venue partners, and drive client satisfaction from pre-planning through on-site delivery.
