GAMETEQ ищет Game Designer (Level & Balance) для мобильной стратегии в постапокалиптическом сеттинге. Ваша задача — собирать и балансировать уровни, настраивать баланс героев и монстров, а также проектировать мини-игры для ивентов.
Вы будете работать в кросс-функциональных командах, использовать Excel/Sheets и конфиги JSON/XML, анализировать данные (плейтесты) и развивать дизайн-документацию (GDD). Требуется минимум 3 года опыта в геймдизайне F2P на мобилках и сильные навыки коммуникации.
