** WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
*** Design, launch, and manage specialty ticketing products, including venue memberships, premium seating packages, and seat upgrade programs
* Map customer journeys for new initiatives to ensure a positive fan experience from initial purchase through day of show
* Present new specialty ticketing initiatives to leadership and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing necessary approvals prior to launch
* Partner closely with Ticketmaster and third-party vendors to maximize platform capabilities
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue
* Compile sales and operational performance metrics and present to leadership
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
** WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
*** Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in ticketing operations, e-commerce operations, or a related field
* Ticketing experience with Ticketmaster Host or Archtics preferred
* Excellent technical proficiency and ability to analyze and interpret data
* Creative thinker who can both conceptualize and execute complex workflows to accomplish business needs
* Self-starter who is adept at anticipating the needs of their team and the larger organization
* Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
